About the ride
The 2026 Aragon Grand Prix will be the 13th round of the MotoGP World Championship, taking place from August 28th to 30th at the spectacular MotorLand Aragon complex in Alcañiz (Teruel). Here's what you need to know: The Track: Technical and Demanding Designed by Hermann Tilke in collaboration with Pedro de la Rosa, it is one of the most modern and valued circuits by riders: Counter-Clockwise: It is raced from left to right, making it physically very tough on the riders' left shoulder and arm. Configuration: It has a length of 5.077 km with 17 corners (10 left and 7 right). Key Points: Highlights include the iconic "Aragon Wall" (a spectacular natural rock face) and the "Corkscrew" (corners 8 and 9), a technical version of the famous Laguna Seca corner. Speed: It features one of the longest back straights in the championship (almost 1 km), where bikes exceed 340 km/h. The Atmosphere Located in an arid environment under the late August sun, the Aragon GP is famous for its passionate atmosphere. It is "home" territory for Spanish riders, especially for Marc Márquez, who even has a corner named after him (corner 10).
